  1. What is TuneDCB?
    TuneDCB is one stop platform allowing developers to be integrated to Direct Carrier Billing in TuneTalk.TuneDCB enables Developers to monetize from Users through another payment method for any IAP in their Apps.  Just click here to get started!
  2. Is TuneDCB only for games?
    Definitely not! Any Apps,  not limited to Games, with IAP inside is able to implement TuneDCB.
  3. What Platform do you support?
    At the moment, TuneDCB only support Android, you may download the SDK here.
  4. Does it cost me as a developer any fee to use TuneDCB?
    It’s FREE! TuneDCB is purely based on Revenue Share!
  5. Is TuneDCB different with google payment?
    TuneDCB provides users with another payment method other than Google Wallet; any purchase will be deducted from Mobile Phone’s Credit.  This will give User the flexibility to choose and provide them with a hassle free payment.
  6. How do I get started?
    All you need is just to have yourself registered to TuneDCB here and you’re ready to go!
  7. I can’t get anything working! What now?
    Don’t worry! We will try to assist you the best we can. Just send us an email at support@tunedcb.com and we will revert back to you within 24 hours.
  8. How if I want to disable TuneDCB? What should I do?
    Send us an email to support@tunedcb.com to request for your account to be disabled and you may remove the SDK implemented in your apps.
  9. If User is facing issues with their payment, whom should they get in touch with and how?
    Any issues regarding payment can be made by getting in touch with us. Just drop an email to support@tunedcb.com and state your issues regarding the payment and will be assist within 24 hours.
